Terms of Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful personal and commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

• Scrape, crawl or access the Service by automated means, except through features we provide for that purpose

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers or networks, or other users' use of the Service

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system or data

• Upload or distribute malware or other harmful code

• Get around credit charges, rate limits or safety checks, including by adding hidden generation parameters to prompts

• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission

• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

You retain ownership of the prompts and images you submit and of the images you edit or generate with the Service ("User Content"). Subject to these Terms and the rights of third parties, you may use your generated and edited images for personal and commercial purposes.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for confirming that you hold the rights needed to upload and edit any image.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit and display it solely as needed to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending it to the AI and moderation processors described in our Privacy Policy.

NanoBanana2-1.si does not allow sexual or explicit content, content that sexualizes minors, graphic violence, hateful or harassing content, deceptive deepfakes, or content that infringes the rights of others. The full list is set out in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy and forms part of these Terms.

Uploads, prompts and results are checked automatically. Content that breaks these rules is blocked or removed without notice, and violations can lead to suspension or termination of your Account and, where the law requires it, a report to law enforcement.

The Service, including the NanoBanana2-1.si name, logo, site design, text, graphics and software (excluding User Content), is owned by NanoBanana2-1.si or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use them except as needed to use the Service. Other product and model names mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners.

If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

Edits and generations are paid for with credits, sold as monthly or annual subscriptions and as one-time credit packs. Prices are shown in USD before you buy, and the credit cost of each request is shown before you submit it. Purchased credits do not expire.

We may change prices with notice. Price changes never affect credits you already own.

Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of our operating entity, NanoBanana2-1.si (Hong Kong SAR); charges appear on your statement as NANOBANANA2.1.

Card details are entered on the payment processor's page and are never stored by us. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Except as set out in our Refund Policy, payments are non-refundable. Statutory rights that apply in your country are not affected.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings. The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and no prorated refund is given for the remaining period. Credits already added to your balance stay there and do not expire.

You may stop using the Service and delete your Account at any time from Settings → Security.

We may suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if required by law. When your Account ends, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
