Words with an initial capital letter have the meanings defined in this section. The definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

Account means a unique account created for you to access the Service.

Company (referred to as "the Company", "we", "us" or "our") means NanoBanana2-1.si, available at https://nanobanana2-1.si.

Cookies are small files placed on your device by a website, used among other things to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.

Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Service means the Website and the AI image editing and image generation tools offered on it (the "AI Products").

Third-Party Social Media Service means any third-party sign-in provider you can use to create an Account or sign in to the Service.

Website means NanoBanana2-1.si, accessible from https://nanobanana2-1.si.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that individual uses the Service.

Account data: your email address and, if you sign in through a Third-Party Social Media Service, the name and profile picture that service shares with us.

Content data: the prompts you write, the images you upload and the images generated from your requests.

Transaction data: purchase, subscription and credit records. Card details are entered on the payment processor's page and are never stored by us.

Usage Data: information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visits, and device identifiers.

Cookies: session cookies that keep you signed in, preference cookies, and analytics cookies that tell us how the Website is used. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

We may use Personal Data to:

• Provide, maintain and improve the Service, including running the edits and generations you request

• Create and manage your Account and your credit balance

• Process purchases and subscriptions and keep billing records

• Contact you about your Account, purchases, security notices and support requests

• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud and violations of our content rules

• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your Personal Data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Service — such as hosting, email, analytics, payment processing and the AI processors described in Section 3 — and only as needed for them to perform those services, or where the law requires it.

We keep your Account data for as long as your Account is active. Your prompts and generation history are kept until you delete them or close your Account.

Generated files may be delivered through temporary links that expire. Download any image you want to keep.

Transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years, even after an Account is closed.

You can review and update your Account information in your account settings, and delete individual generations from your history at any time.

You can delete your Account from Settings → Security, or ask us to access, correct or delete your Personal Data by emailing support@nanobanana2-1.si. We may keep information we are legally required to retain.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted access to stored media, to protect your Personal Data. No method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may not upload, generate or share content that:

• Is sexually explicit or pornographic, including nudity or sexual acts, whether real or AI-generated

• Sexualizes minors in any way (strictly prohibited and reported to the authorities)

• Shows graphic violence or gore, or promotes self-harm

• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or hatred against people based on protected characteristics

• Harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates any person

• Depicts identifiable real people without their consent, or in a degrading or intimate way

• Infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights

• Discloses another person's personal or confidential information without consent

• Promotes illegal activity, including fraud, illegal drugs or weapons

• Contains spam, malware, phishing or unsolicited promotion

• Is deliberately false or misleading and intended to deceive

• Otherwise violates applicable laws or regulations

• Do not create deepfakes or realistic depictions of real people intended to deceive, defame or impersonate them

• Do not present AI-generated images as authentic photographs or documents, such as identity documents, receipts or certificates

• Do not create political disinformation or content intended to interfere with elections

• Do not use generated content to impersonate any person, brand or organization

• Disclose that content is AI-generated wherever the law or the platform you publish on requires it

Uploads, prompts and generated results are checked automatically. Content that breaks these rules is blocked or removed without notice.

Violations can lead to suspension or termination of your Account, and we may report content to law enforcement where the law requires it.
