Image Editor FAQ

How many images can I upload?

Nano Banana 2.1 accepts up to 14 reference images in one request. Use one image to edit a photo, or several to combine products, people and style references.

Can I change just one part of the photo?

Yes. Describe the one thing that should change — the background, a color, a sign — and Nano Banana 2.1's mask-based editing keeps the change inside that area while the rest of the image stays as it was. One change per run is easiest to judge.

Will the person or product stay the same?

Nano Banana 2.1 is designed for subject consistency, so the same person, character or product usually stays recognizable across edits. Results still vary, so review each version before you use it.

How many credits does one image cost?

12 credits at 1K, 20 at 2K and 30 at 4K. The exact cost for your current settings is shown next to the Generate button before you submit.

What happens to my credits if a request fails or is blocked?

If a content check blocks a request before generation starts, no credits are charged. After a job starts, technical failures, timeouts, and other non-policy failures are refunded. For a confirmed content-policy refusal or blocked result, credits are not returned to accounts without a qualifying paid order (successfully paid and not fully refunded or charged back); accounts with one receive a full credit return.

Can I use the images commercially?

Yes. Images you generate on NanoBanana2-1.si can be used in personal and commercial projects, as long as your prompts and uploads don't infringe anyone else's rights. See our Terms of Service for the details.
